I have read several things from Ken Blanchard and have enjoyed them. The Kindle version does not have an index and the Kindle app on Win8 stinks so I have no idea how far into the book I am. I am at location 1187 and if I read the quote "Don't mark my paper, help me get an A" one more time I'm gonna go bonkers. There have been some good parts but it seems to be too much advertising for other books and resources. The quote is a good one and it is something that can be built upon but after it is used several times on each page it becomes repetitive. What makes its overuse so distracting is there are other words/catch phrases/sayings that are used over and over again. Its getting to the point that I lose track of where I left off reading because there is so much repetition. When the same things are repeated on each and every page it all starts to look the same. If the collection continues like this I will leave this review as it stands. If it somehow manages to get better I'll update this review. The price tag was almost $40 and I guess I was hoping for more.Product details

Didn't really enjoy reading these again as I did 10 years or so ago (maybe not that long ago). It could just be me and where I am in my life and business.
I will be reading these for a while plus with it on my IPad I can reference the books anytime!
These are easy to read books that provide a good philosophy of leadership and valuable insight in how to promote it in your scenario.
I have all of Ken's books so getting them in one easy to read digital collection was a no-brainer. If you like Ken's work this is a super collection to get. You can put all of his books right on your eReader and enjoy, re-read and refresh your memory with Ken's pithy, entertaining books. Love this collection.

There were a couple of surprises -- the "Cover" is for a different collection ("Best Practices for Persuasive Presentations"), and there isn't a table of contents, so you have to search to find the different books and set your own bookmarks to be able to get back to them quickly. ["Helping People Win At Work" is the first book, then "Leading at a Higher Level" starts at location 1722 and "Lead with LUV" starts at location 7816 of 9313.]
